Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of the Bloom & Send website, marketplace, accounts, ordering services, loyalty program and related services. Bloom & Send is operated by Lovelock & Bloom LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as Bloom & Send.
About Bloom & Send
Bloom & Send is an online marketplace for floral arrangements prepared and fulfilled by independent local florists. Lovelock & Bloom LLC d/b/a Bloom & Send is the seller and merchant of record for customer transactions; florists are independent businesses and your purchase is with Bloom & Send, not directly with the florist.
Orders, payment and delivery
Payments are processed by Stripe and may be authorized before final order acceptance; unfulfillable orders are released or refunded. Checkout shows product price, upgrades, add-ons, delivery charges, rush charges and applicable taxes before you pay. Delivery availability, windows, fees and cutoffs depend on the selected florist and are governed by the Delivery Policy.
Substitutions and the Freshness Guarantee
Flowers are natural products and vary from photographs. Each florist's substitution policy, displayed before purchase, forms part of the order terms. Problems reported within 24 hours of delivery are handled under the Freshness Guarantee with a replacement, partial refund or full refund.
Accounts, content and governing law
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Customers who complete eligible orders may post reviews; you retain ownership of your content and grant Lovelock & Bloom LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in operating and marketing Bloom & Send. These Terms are governed by Nevada law, with courts in Clark County, Nevada; there is no mandatory arbitration.
